Tal Anderson was born in August, 1997 in New Orleans, LA; her mother, is a marketing professional, and her father, is a structural engineer. She has two younger brothers and is of English, Italian, and Korean descent. Tal was brought up in southwest Florida, and graduated from high school in Cape Coral, Florida. Her education continued at Full Sail University where she received a B.S. in Film and graduated as Valedictorian.
Tal is on the Autism spectrum, and has always been a storyteller. Because socialization was difficult for her, she sought out tools to help her. She began acting at age 15, and continues to nurture a life-long love of film and media. Upon graduating from film school in 2018, she moved permanently to the Los Angeles area to pursue a career in Film and Television.
Tal Anderson is a dedicated and hard-working Los Angeles-based Film and Television actor and model, most recently cast as "Sidney" in the Netflix original series, "Atypical," in a Co-starring role.
She just completed a PSA/Print campaign for Delivering Jobs directed by Jason Zada, and was recently cast in a lead role in the SAG/AFTRA short by Director Lucy Hirschfeld. Tal also recently completed a short film produced in L.A., "Fresh Start" as the lead, Tasha, and a pilot presentation with Wanda Sykes. Other recent productions include Rift with Kyler Steven Fisher, and several commercial shoots including a HP product launch. Tal is a principal member of the cast of SKITz, a television comedy series produced in Orlando and broadcast on 24Flix. She also starred in a multi-award winning documentary short directed by Rozzi Osterman, and recently starred in an independent short film entitled “Joy,” that she wrote, directed, and edited, which was nominated for several film festival awards, and won a Best Director for in 2018. She also was in a principal role for, as well as the post-production editor for "Klarheit," which was a short produced for the 2019 48-Hour Easterseals Disability Film Challenge.
Tal currently resides in Los Angeles, is taking classes at the Groundlings school, Voicecaster in Burbank, and works privately with coaches Tom Draper (Colin Farrell, Evan Peters) in Burbank, and Daniel Travis with the Nancy Banks Studio (Rachel McAdams, Bryce Dallas, Emma Stone) in Los Angeles.
